- Initiate a return through your EclarAqua account using the link provided in your order confirmation email. Navigate to the Returns Center to submit your request.
- For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label via email once your return is approved.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
Non-Defective Returns
For non-defective items, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery and retaining proof of shipment.
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your EclarAqua account using the link in your order confirmation email.
- Navigate to the Returns Center and select the item(s) you wish to return, providing a reason for the return.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and arrange for shipping yourself.
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Please note that refund times may vary depending on your bank’s processing policies.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Exchanges
